What you’ll do Plan, create, and deliver loyalty offers and direct marketing campaigns. Build customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and optimise segmentation. Support campaign testing, reporting, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection requirements. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance. What you’ll bring 1–2 years in a CRM, digital, or technology-focused marketing role (or transferable experience). Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms). Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to work independently. Confidence working with customer data, Excel, and reporting tools. Understanding of CRM best practices, data privacy, and digital marketing. A curious mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in CRM and marketing technology.
